I recently experienced a bad virus problem which was blocking my normal programmes and which by myself I could find no way to overcome it. I unplugged all connections and took the computer into OCS in the hope that something could be done, - it was! Dave Hobbs soon had the machine plugged in and tested, and within an hour or so had cleaned out the bad parts of the software. So within a few hours the computer was reinstalled in my home and everything was running normally, - job done!
